Our Services

5.1 Service delivery

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Service times may be affected by matters outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic congestion, flight disruption, security restrictions, airport restrictions, event congestion, equipment failure or power supply issues.

5.2 Vehicle movement

Where the service requires us to move your vehicle, you authorise OnPark and its authorised personnel to move the vehicle as reasonably necessary for the booked service, operational requirements, security, storage or collection.

5.3 Security

Security measures vary by parking location. We take reasonable measures appropriate to the location and service, but no parking facility can be guaranteed to be completely free from risk.

5.4 Refusal of service

We may refuse or require prior approval for vehicles including:

  • commercial vehicles, vans, camper vans and pickup trucks;
  • trailers or oversized vehicles;
  • vehicles exceeding location height or size restrictions;
  • vehicles with significant mechanical faults or fluid leaks;
  • vehicles containing dangerous materials; or
  • vehicles we reasonably consider unsafe or unsuitable.

Additional requirements or charges may apply to unusual or oversized vehicles where accepted.

6

Parking Services

6.1 Park & Ride

For Park & Ride bookings, you must follow the parking, vehicle handover and onward-travel instructions supplied for your booking.

Airport transportation may be available at OnPark's discretion and is not guaranteed unless your booking expressly states otherwise. Where transportation is offered, additional charges may apply depending on the airport, parking location and journey required.

Transfer and travel times can vary because of traffic, airport conditions, passenger demand and operational requirements. You are responsible for allowing sufficient time to park, travel to the terminal, check in and pass through security.

6.2 Self Park

For Self Park bookings, you are responsible for parking your vehicle in the designated or authorised area and following the instructions supplied for your booking.

You must not obstruct access routes, emergency routes, other vehicles or operational areas.

Unless your booking expressly states otherwise, you retain your vehicle keys when using a Self Park service.

6.3 Meet & Greet

For Meet & Greet bookings, you must follow the meeting, handover and collection instructions supplied in your booking confirmation.

Airport, terminal-access, short-stay, drop-off, pick-up or similar charges may apply and are separate from the OnPark booking price unless your booking expressly states that they are included.

6.4 Event Parking

Event Parking bookings are valid only for the event, date, time and location shown in the booking confirmation. Parking arrangements, security measures and ground conditions may vary by event location.

7

Electric Vehicle Services

EV charging may be offered as an optional add-on where available. Charging must be pre-arranged where required and remains subject to suitable equipment, vehicle compatibility and available power supply.

You must ensure the charging port is accessible and undamaged and provide any information or access credentials required to provide the service.

Unless specifically guaranteed as part of the booked product, we do not guarantee a particular battery percentage, range, charging speed or completion time.

8

Payment and Additional Charges

8.1 Payment

Full payment may be required before the service begins. We accept credit/debit card and any other payment methods made available during checkout.

8.2 Additional charges

Additional charges may apply where stated in your booking, these Terms or service information, including for extended stays, amendments, EV charging, oversized vehicles or other additional services.

8.3 Airport and third-party charges

Unless expressly included in your booking, airport-imposed charges, terminal access charges, drop-off charges, pick-up charges, short-stay parking charges, tolls and similar third-party charges are your responsibility.

Airport and third-party tariffs may change without notice and are outside OnPark's control.

8.4 Outstanding balances

Any outstanding amount properly due under your booking must be paid in accordance with the payment instructions provided by OnPark.

9

Cancellations and Amendments

9.1 Direct bookings

  • Within 14 days of booking: full refund where the service has not started.
  • More than 24 hours before service: refund minus the applicable administration fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: no refund.
  • After the service starts: no refund for unused parking days.

9.2 Agent bookings

Where you book through a third-party agent, marketplace or comparison provider, cancellation and refund arrangements may be governed by that provider's terms.

9.3 Event Parking

Event Parking is normally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or the event is cancelled.

9.4 Amendments

Amendment availability and any applicable charges depend on the booking, service and timing of the requested change. Any amendment is only confirmed once accepted by OnPark.

10

Liability, Vehicle Condition and Claims

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

10.1 Personal property and vehicle faults

You should not leave valuables or important personal property in the vehicle. OnPark is not responsible for ordinary mechanical or electrical failures that are not caused by our breach of duty.

10.2 Vehicle condition

Where relevant to the service, OnPark may photograph or otherwise record the condition of the vehicle at handover or arrival.

10.3 Reporting damage

Any damage or concern should be reported immediately on collection and before leaving the collection location wherever reasonably possible. You must allow OnPark a reasonable opportunity to inspect and investigate the reported issue.

10.4 When OnPark accepts liability

Subject to applicable law, OnPark will only accept liability for accidental damage to your vehicle arising from an accident or collision that occurs while the vehicle is being driven or physically moved by an authorised OnPark driver in the course of providing the booked service.

OnPark insurance cover for an accepted insured claim is limited to a maximum of £50,000 per claim, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limits of the applicable insurance policy.

10.5 Fire, theft, vandalism and criminal acts

Fire, theft, attempted theft, vandalism, malicious damage and other criminal acts affecting the vehicle are risks that must be covered through the Customer's own comprehensive motor insurance. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance for these risks and for making any such claim through your own insurer.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any liability that OnPark cannot lawfully exclude, including liability arising from our negligence where such liability is not legally excludable.

10.6 Repairs

Where OnPark accepts responsibility for vehicle damage, OnPark may arrange repair through an approved repairer or garage. You should not arrange repairs for a claim against OnPark without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and agree the repair process.

10.7 Loss of use, replacement transport and consequential losses

To the extent permitted by law, OnPark will not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, incidental or unforeseen loss, cost or expense arising because your vehicle is unavailable, damaged, delayed, under inspection or undergoing repair.

This includes, without limitation, loss of use of the vehicle, loss of earnings or income, loss of business, business interruption, loss of opportunity, missed flights, missed appointments, cancelled plans, accommodation costs, taxi or private-hire costs, public transport costs, vehicle hire or rental costs, additional travel expenses, inconvenience or any other consequential financial loss.

OnPark does not provide a courtesy car, replacement vehicle, hire vehicle or substitute transport while a vehicle is being inspected, repaired or is otherwise unavailable. Any alternative transport or replacement vehicle arranged by you is at your own cost unless OnPark expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for losses that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10.8 Customer insurance

You remain responsible for maintaining adequate and valid insurance for your vehicle at all times. OnPark insurance does not replace your own motor insurance and applies only where OnPark accepts liability in accordance with these Terms and the applicable insurance policy.

11

ULEZ, Fines and Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is legally compliant, including tax, MOT, insurance and applicable emissions requirements.

Unless caused by OnPark's breach of duty, you remain responsible for charges, fines or penalties arising from the legal status or emissions compliance of your vehicle.

12

Complaints and Customer Relations

If you have a concern, please contact us in writing and include your booking reference, a clear description of the issue and any relevant supporting information.

We may request photographs, documents or other information reasonably required to investigate your complaint. No admission of liability is made merely because a complaint is being investigated.

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and will communicate the outcome of our investigation to you.

13

General Provisions

13.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.

13.2 Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

13.3 Third-party rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not give rights to any third party.

13.4 Events beyond our reasonable control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to your statutory rights.

14

Third-Party Parking Products

14.1 OnPark as booking agent

From time to time, OnPark may display, advertise, promote or make available parking or related services that are operated and supplied by an independent third-party service provider rather than by OnPark.

Where a product is clearly identified as being provided by a third party, OnPark acts only as a booking agent or booking intermediary for that product. The parking or related service itself is provided by the named third-party provider.

14.2 Contract for the parking service

The third-party provider is responsible for performing the parking or related service, including its operational procedures, parking location, vehicle handling, transfers, staffing, security arrangements and service-specific terms.

Your booking confirmation will identify the relevant provider where a third-party product has been booked. Any service issue, operational complaint, vehicle issue, delay, damage concern or other matter relating to the actual performance of that third-party service should be raised directly with that provider using the contact information supplied with the booking.

14.3 OnPark advertising and product information

OnPark may publish or display information, descriptions, images, ratings, reviews, features or promotional material supplied by or relating to a third-party provider. The fact that OnPark advertises or makes a third-party product available does not mean that OnPark operates or controls that service.

Before selecting a third-party product, you are responsible for reviewing the product description, provider information, location, service features, restrictions, customer reviews and any other information made available to you so that you can decide whether the product is suitable for your needs.

14.4 Third-party terms

A third-party provider may apply its own terms and conditions in addition to the booking terms shown by OnPark. Where applicable, you should read those terms before completing your booking.

14.5 Rewards

Unless OnPark expressly states otherwise at the time of booking, bookings for products that are not operated or supplied by OnPark do not earn OnPark Rewards points, even where the booking is made through the OnPark website.

14.6 OnPark responsibility

OnPark remains responsible for carrying out its own booking-agent obligations with reasonable skill and care. However, to the extent permitted by law, OnPark is not responsible for the acts, omissions or service performance of an independent third-party provider where OnPark does not operate or supply the underlying parking service.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15

OnPark Rewards

Earn on eligible spend

Points are earned on eligible spend after discounts.

Redeem points

Points can be redeemed against eligible future bookings.

Claim with an account

Eligible guest bookings can earn points that are claimed after email ownership is confirmed. Ineligible third-party bookings do not earn points.

15.1 Eligibility and earning

Rewards are available on qualifying bookings. Customers earn whole points at the earning rate shown at checkout on the eligible amount actually paid after discounts. Points from eligible guest bookings are held until the customer creates an account and confirms access to the booking email address.

Points are not earned on amounts not actually paid, and are not normally awarded on additional charges, fines, third-party charges or other ineligible spending.

15.2 Redemption

The current redemption value shown at checkout applies towards an eligible future OnPark booking. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

15.3 Refunds and adjustments

Where a booking is refunded, points earned from the refunded amount may be cancelled or adjusted. Where points were used on a booking that is later refunded, the applicable points may be returned to the account subject to the Rewards rules in force at the time.

15.4 Program administration

OnPark may amend, suspend or end the Rewards program, change earning or redemption rates, investigate suspected misuse, and correct points credited in error, subject to applicable law.

Booking acceptance

By making a booking with OnPark Limited, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
