1

Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how OnPark Limited ("OnPark", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use our website, create an account, make a booking, contact us or use our services.

OnPark Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 16817215. Our registered address is 257 Oakleigh Road North, London, N20 0DG.

2

Depending on how you use OnPark, we may collect:

  • your name, email address and telephone number;

  • booking dates, times, airport, terminal and product information;
  • return-flight information where you choose to provide it;
  • payment status and transaction-related information;
  • booking history, rewards activity and account preferences;
  • messages, enquiries, complaints and customer-service communications;
  • technical information such as device, browser, IP address and website usage data where collected by our systems; and
  • any other information you choose to provide when making or managing a booking.

We do not need you to send us unnecessary sensitive information, identity documents or payment-card details through ordinary customer-service messages.

3

Third-Party Products and Service Providers

Some parking products displayed or sold through OnPark may be operated by independent third-party service providers. For those products, OnPark may act as the booking agent rather than the operator of the parking service.

Where you book a third-party product, we may share the information reasonably required to fulfil the booking with the relevant provider. This may include your name, contact details, vehicle details, booking dates and times, airport, terminal, flight details where supplied, booking reference and service instructions.

The provider will use that information to deliver and administer the parking or related service. A third-party provider may act as an independent data controller for its own processing and may have its own privacy policy.

If your enquiry concerns how a third-party provider handled your personal information while providing its own service, you may need to contact that provider directly. OnPark remains responsible for the personal information we process for our own booking, account, payment, customer-service and legal purposes.

5

Who We Share Information With

We only share personal information where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Recipients may include:

  • parking and service providers involved in fulfilling your booking;
  • payment processors and payment-service providers;
  • website hosting, database, authentication, email and technology providers;
  • professional advisers such as accountants, insurers or legal advisers where required;
  • law-enforcement, regulators, courts or public authorities where disclosure is legally required; and
  • business partners or agents where necessary to administer a product you have chosen.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

6

Payments

Online payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. OnPark may receive information confirming whether a payment has succeeded, failed, been refunded or otherwise changed.

Full payment-card details are handled by the relevant payment provider rather than being stored directly in ordinary OnPark booking records.

7

OnPark Rewards and Accounts

If you create an OnPark account, we may process account information, saved vehicles, booking history and reward-point transactions so that you can use account features and the OnPark Rewards program.

Rewards points are not normally awarded for products that are not operated or supplied by OnPark unless we expressly state otherwise at the time of booking.

9

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, handling complaints, maintaining financial and booking records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.

Different categories of information may be kept for different periods.

10

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

No internet, email, database or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should also take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and devices.

11

Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website uses cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site functionality, security, authentication and preferences. With your consent, we may also use analytics and advertising-measurement technologies to understand visits, booking performance and campaign effectiveness.

This may include OnPark's own internal analytics for website and booking reporting and OpenAI advertising measurement for attributing bookings to advertising campaigns. We limit this reporting to technical, usage and campaign information needed to understand traffic and booking performance. We do not use these non-essential measurement technologies before you choose to allow analytics.

You can continue with necessary cookies only. Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will provide an appropriate choice before using them.

12

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable UK data-protection law, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, request data portability, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exemptions or requirements.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the details at the end of this Policy. We may need to take reasonable steps to verify that the request is genuinely from you.

13

Marketing Communications

Where permitted, we may send you information about OnPark products, services or offers. You can opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting us.

Service communications relating to an active booking are not marketing and may still be sent where necessary to administer your booking.

14

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, systems, legal obligations or business operations.

The current version will be published on this page.
