Quote-based services

Some services, such as dent or body repair, may require a quotation. You may be asked to upload photos of the work required so a quote can be obtained from an approved service partner.

Work will only proceed after the quote has been accepted and any required payment has been completed.

Service availability

Car Care services are location-specific. Availability can depend on:

  • Airport
  • Booking dates
  • Time remaining before vehicle collection
  • Approved partner availability
  • Service type

Some services may be available at short notice, while others may require additional lead time.

Car Care is available only for eligible active or upcoming bookings. Past bookings are not eligible.

Meet & Greet and Park & Ride

Car Care is available for eligible Meet & Greet and Park & Ride bookings.

Self Park

Self Park bookings are not eligible for Car Care.

Available Car Care services can vary by airport location.

Rewards
